Campaign Execution Engineer

The campaign engine is the product. Everything else — the panel, the payment flow, the docs — exists to get a package into it. You would own that engine.

About DexTrending

We sell fixed blocks of time on the Dexscreener trending list. A customer picks twelve or twenty-four hours on Solana or one of six EVM chains, pays once in USDC, pastes a contract address, and the window opens. Behind that is a campaign engine that drives real on-chain volume, transaction count and wallet diversity across the whole window — because those are the three things the board measures, and a bot loop fails all three.

The team is small and remote. Everyone here owns something end to end.

The role

A campaign takes a package, a token and a chain, and spreads real on-chain activity across the window the customer paid for. The hard part is not sending transactions; it is sending them in a distribution that holds a board position for twelve or twenty-four unbroken hours without ever looking like one wallet in a loop.

You would own wallet rotation, trade size distribution, interval randomisation and the pacing model that decides how much of the budget goes into the first hour versus the eleventh. When a window underperforms, you are the person who reads the chain data and works out whether it was the pacing, the pool depth or the board simply being busier than usual that day.

This is a small team, so the same person writes the model, ships it, and watches it run. There is no separate team to hand it to.

You will be a fit if

  • Four or more years of backend engineering, with production systems that hold state across hours rather than requests
  • Comfortable reasoning about distributions, not just averages — you should have an opinion about why a uniform random interval is the wrong choice here
  • Direct experience with on-chain transaction submission on at least one EVM chain or Solana
  • Willingness to be paged when a live customer window stops behaving at three in the morning

Bonus points

  • Experience with DEX mechanics: AMM pricing, pool depth, slippage under sustained volume
  • Having built something that had to look organic to an adversarial ranking system
  • PHP and Go, which is what the current stack is written in

Compensation

$120k–$165k per year, paid monthly in USD or USDC, whichever you prefer. The range is real: where you land in it depends on experience, and we will tell you which end we are thinking of before the final conversation rather than after.

Location and hours

Fully remote, anywhere. There is no core-hours requirement, but campaigns run continuously and someone has to be reachable when one misbehaves — on-call is shared and compensated, never assumed.

Process

  1. Email us. A CV, a repository, or a piece of writing — whatever makes the case.
  2. A conversation. Forty-five minutes, two of us, no panel.
  3. A technical session. Ninety minutes on a real problem from our backlog, worked through together. Never unpaid homework.
  4. Decision. Within three working days, with the reasoning either way.

How to apply

Write to careers@dextrending.net with Campaign Execution Engineer in the subject line. Tell us what you would want to own in the first three months. That single paragraph tells us more than a cover letter does.

Other open roles

Multi-chain Engineer

Engineering

Remote $130k–$175k

Keep seven chains behaving like one. RPC pooling and failover, transaction lifecycle across Solana and six EVM networks, and the token metadata layer that reads a pair straight off the chain when the indexer is behind.

Ranking Analyst

Research

Remote $115k–$160k

Work out what the Dexscreener board actually rewards, chain by chain, and turn that into the numbers the campaign engine targets and the entry times we publish.

Site Reliability Engineer

Infrastructure

Remote $125k–$170k

A campaign window cannot be paused. Own the uptime of the systems that run them: RPC health, queue depth, deposit watching, and the alerting that wakes someone before a customer notices.
