Build the thing that puts tokens on the board

We run trending campaigns on Solana and six EVM chains, on a window that cannot be paused and a board that does not publish its rules. Small team, real constraints, no committee between you and production.

Why this is an interesting place to work

Three things about the problem, stated honestly.

The clock is real

A customer buys twelve or twenty-four specific hours. If two of them are lost to an incident, they do not come back and a refund does not fix the launch they were timed around. That constraint shapes every engineering decision here.

The target is undocumented

Dexscreener does not publish its ranking formula, and it changes. What we know comes from measuring it across seven chains. That makes this closer to research than to integration work.

Small enough to see your own work

Whoever designs a change ships it and watches it run. There is no separate platform team, no handover, and no layer of process between a fix and production.

Open roles

Every role is remote and full-time. Salary ranges are published because asking candidates to guess wastes everyone's time.

Remote — worldwide Full-time $120k–$165k

Own the engine that turns a bought package into hours on the board: wallet rotation, trade sizing, interval randomisation and the pacing that keeps a window looking like a build rather than a spike.

  • Four or more years of backend engineering, with production systems that hold state across hours rather than requests
  • Comfortable reasoning about distributions, not just averages — you should have an opinion about why a uniform random interval is the wrong choice here
  • Direct experience with on-chain transaction submission on at least one EVM chain or Solana

Multi-chain Engineer

Engineering

Remote — worldwide Full-time $130k–$175k

Keep seven chains behaving like one. RPC pooling and failover, transaction lifecycle across Solana and six EVM networks, and the token metadata layer that reads a pair straight off the chain when the indexer is behind.

  • Production experience with both EVM and Solana transaction submission — not one and a reading knowledge of the other
  • Understanding of what actually differs: account model, fee model, confirmation semantics, reorg behaviour
  • Experience running against RPC providers at volume, including the failure modes they do not document

Ranking Analyst

Research

Remote — worldwide Full-time $115k–$160k

Work out what the Dexscreener board actually rewards, chain by chain, and turn that into the numbers the campaign engine targets and the entry times we publish.

  • Strong applied statistics — you can distinguish a real effect from a busy Tuesday
  • Comfortable building your own datasets from on-chain and API sources rather than waiting for clean data
  • Python or R for analysis, and enough engineering to ship a collector that runs unattended

Site Reliability Engineer

Infrastructure

Remote — worldwide Full-time $125k–$170k

A campaign window cannot be paused. Own the uptime of the systems that run them: RPC health, queue depth, deposit watching, and the alerting that wakes someone before a customer notices.

  • Production ownership of a system with a hard latency budget, not just a uptime target
  • Strong Linux fundamentals and infrastructure-as-code — Terraform, Ansible or equivalent
  • Practical observability: metrics that answer questions, alerts that are worth waking up for

Remote — worldwide Full-time $135k–$185k

We hold keys for deposit addresses and run campaigns from rotating wallets. Own how those keys are stored, rotated and used, and own the review of everything that touches customer funds.

  • Practical key management experience: HSMs, KMS, or a well-reasoned argument for something else
  • Application security depth, particularly authentication, session handling and replay protection
  • Able to read a payment flow and identify where a double-credit or a cross-credit becomes possible

Remote — worldwide Full-time $55k–$80k

Be the person who answers when a payment has not landed, a token is not indexed, or a customer wants to know why their position moved. Technical enough to diagnose it, not just escalate it.

  • Genuinely comfortable with crypto: wallets, chains, block explorers, stablecoins on multiple networks
  • Clear written English — most of this job is explaining a technical situation to someone who is frustrated
  • Able to diagnose before escalating, and to say "this one is ours" when it is

Content Lead

Marketing

Remote — worldwide Full-time $75k–$110k

Own the guides and the documentation. Every published number has to match what the system actually measures, and every guide has to be worth reading by someone who already knows the subject.

  • A portfolio of technical writing that a practitioner would respect — not listicles
  • Working knowledge of crypto trading and DEX mechanics; you should not need this brief explained
  • Comfortable with structured data and how it affects search and AI answers

How hiring works here

Four steps, about two weeks, no unpaid project work.

1

Email us

Send whatever makes the case: a CV, a repository, a piece of writing. A short note about why this problem interests you helps more than a cover letter.

2

A conversation

Forty-five minutes on what you have built and what you would want to own here. Two of us, no panel.

3

A technical session

Ninety minutes on a real problem from our backlog, discussed together. Paid if it runs long, and never homework you do alone at the weekend.

4

Decision

An answer within three working days either way, with the reasoning. If it is a no, you get to know why.

Nothing here fits but you think you should be working on this? Write to careers@dextrending.net and say what you would want to own.
