Campaign Execution Engineer
EngineeringOwn the engine that turns a bought package into hours on the board: wallet rotation, trade sizing, interval randomisation and the pacing that keeps a window looking like a build rather than a spike.
We publish entry times per chain and tell customers what a placement takes. Those figures have to come from measurement, not from marketing.
We sell fixed blocks of time on the Dexscreener trending list. A customer picks twelve or twenty-four hours on Solana or one of six EVM chains, pays once in USDC, pastes a contract address, and the window opens. Behind that is a campaign engine that drives real on-chain volume, transaction count and wallet diversity across the whole window — because those are the three things the board measures, and a bot loop fails all three.
The team is small and remote. Everyone here owns something end to end.
Dexscreener does not publish its ranking formula. What is observable is that volume, transaction count and unique wallet diversity all move a position, that the window is rolling rather than fixed, and that the weighting differs noticeably between a quiet Avalanche board and a contested Solana one.
You would own that model. That means collecting board state across seven chains, measuring what actually correlates with a position change, and feeding the result back into two places: the targets the campaign engine aims at, and the entry-time figures published on the site. When a chain's behaviour shifts, you should notice before a customer does.
The published numbers are your output as much as the internal ones. If the site says a Base placement takes about twenty-one minutes, that figure is yours to defend.
$115k–$160k per year, paid monthly in USD or USDC, whichever you prefer. The range is real: where you land in it depends on experience, and we will tell you which end we are thinking of before the final conversation rather than after.
Fully remote, anywhere. There is no core-hours requirement, but campaigns run continuously and someone has to be reachable when one misbehaves — on-call is shared and compensated, never assumed.
Write to careers@dextrending.net with Ranking Analyst in the subject line. Tell us what you would want to own in the first three months. That single paragraph tells us more than a cover letter does.

Own the engine that turns a bought package into hours on the board: wallet rotation, trade sizing, interval randomisation and the pacing that keeps a window looking like a build rather than a spike.
Keep seven chains behaving like one. RPC pooling and failover, transaction lifecycle across Solana and six EVM networks, and the token metadata layer that reads a pair straight off the chain when the indexer is behind.
A campaign window cannot be paused. Own the uptime of the systems that run them: RPC health, queue depth, deposit watching, and the alerting that wakes someone before a customer notices.
